Service Description
The booking day and time would need to be confirmed and paid for at least 48 hours in advance. Additionally. cancellations made 48 hours prior to scheduled event times will be fully refunded. A 25% non-refundable deposited is required to finalize and secure a booking date and time. Love Life Pole Studio Located within Valley West Mall on the Lower Level 1551 Valley West Drive Suite 154 West Des Moines, IA 50266 Studio Venue: 9 Poles (Mounted to Steel Beam - 15' Ceiling) Rate: $75 per hour (2-hour minimum booking) Guest Count: 9 guests ($20 for every additional guest over 9, up to 30 guests total for party) Food & Drink (OPTIONAL): You can bring any food or drink items to the studio for your event (alcohol is permitted for parties over 21 yrs. of age). Please just let me know upon booking what you intend to bring. We have 30 chairs and single person fold out tables available, if you plan to bring a larger foldout table for your food, you may do so. Cleanup Fees: If you plan on decorating or bringing food, we handle the clean up, and there is an additional CLEANUP FEE OF $50 (paid at time of booking). This fee is waived for parties of 12 guests or more. Release of Liability Waivers: Additionally, each of your guests will need to fill out the release of liability waiver on the website in order to participate. Link: https://www.lovelifepole.com/liability-waiver Once they fill out the waiver, they will receive a welcome email with helpful information on what to expect for this event. If you would like to book, just let me know what day and time will work best, and I will coordinate the details with you and answer any additional questions. Once time and date are confirmed, you will receive an invoice with a secured payment link to finalize your booking.
