Service Description
This Class Covers Foundational Skills: * Spins * Headstands / Forearm Stands * Handstands * Climbs * Sits & Rest Moves * Beginner Drops * Ground Level Inversion * Heel & Floor Tricks * Leg Holds CAPACITY: 7 Students Per Class 15 Minute Warm-Up 40 Minutes of Pole Tricks, Skills and Focused Conditioning (Conditioning Emphasis on Flexibility, and Strengthening and Conditioning Core, Upper Body and Grip) 5 Minute Stretch * Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class * Heel are optional, socks or bare feet are acceptable for class * Yoga mats provided * Knee pads optional * Rubbing alcohol & clean towels will be provided to wipe down your pole throughout & after class * Crash mats are available if you need to use one, feel free * Bringing water is highly recommended Cancellations made 6 hours prior to scheduled class time will be fully refunded. Please keep in mind, space is limited and cancelling early ensures that another student will have a chance to register into class.
