Service Description
New to Pole? Are you unsure where to start because you do not have an athletic background? We all had a starting point. Don't worry! This is a judgement free space. Let's get started. Let's familiarize you with the studio, the equipment, the grips, the general terminology and teach you the very basics of pole fitness. This class is for entry level, first time students. It will be offered on various days each week. Studio Venue: 7 student poles (Mounted to Steel Beam - 15' Ceiling) CAPACITY: 7 Beginner Students Per Class 20 Minute Warm Up and Intro 20 Minutes Grips Conditioning, Beginner Spins, Transitions and Floorwork 10 Minutes Incorporating Moves into a Short Choreographed Routine 10 Minute Stretch and Cool Down Love Life Pole Studio Located within Valley West Mall 1551 Valley West Drive Suite 154 West Des Moines, IA 50266 * Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class * Heel are optional, socks or bare feet are acceptable for class * Yoga mats and knee pads are optional * Rubbing alcohol & clean towels will be provided to wipe down your pole throughout & after class * Crash mats are available if you need to use one, feel free * Bringing water is highly recommended Cancellations made 6 hours prior to scheduled class time will be fully refunded. Please keep in mind, space is limited and cancelling early ensures that another student will have a chance to register into class.
